    Google Analytics

When someone visits hollandparkedu.staging.wpengine.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the different parts of our website. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

    Hubspot

Hubspot is a sales and marketing platform that we use to manage all communication with our clients and contacts. Hubspot collects basic details of our website visitor’s identity, device and behaviour patterns.

If you submit an enquiry form on our website, or make an enquiry by phone or email, we collect your personal information (full name, email, phone number and whatever further information you choose to disclose in your message) on Hubspot and on our internal systems. We use that information so that we can respond to the enquiry appropriately; so we can address you by your correct name, so we know what time zone you are in so that we call at an appropriate time and so that we have two methods for reaching you (email and phone) in case one is input incorrectly.

For more information, please see Hubspot’s privacy notice.

    Children

Our clients, and people who enquire about our services, are usually parents or guardians acting on behalf of their child. Therefore we are often provided with personal information about their child in order to deliver our education services. The only information that we retain is a child’s name, age, address and tuition notes. Please be assured that we keep such information under strict confidence.

    Mailing lists

If you submit an enquiry form on our website (after 25th May 2018), you are given the choice to positively opt-in to receive more information about details of our educational services, news, offers and exclusive events that we provide. We use a third party provider, Hubspot, to deliver our e-newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletters.

If you become a client of Holland Park Education, you will automatically be sent our newsletters from time to time, so that we can keep you updated about the educational services, offers and exclusive events that we provide.

You can unsubscribe to our newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing [email protected] with a clear request.
